inspection we conducted at the Hanes Mill Rd Sanitary Landfill on May 1, 2024. Please note that
in the stormwater inspection report summary we ask that you review and update SWPPP
annually, keep spills records, most current permit, and COC in SWPPP. We also ask that you
provide an Action Plan for the outfalls in Tier III status.

Inspection Summary:
On May 1, the facility was inspected. Others present were Nate Gainer and Robert Pike.The SWPPP was reviewed and
has not been updated since 2020, this should be reviewed and updated annually. Spills should be recorded and kept with
SWPPP records. The most current permit and certificate of coverage should be included in the SWPPP. After reviewing
records and DMRs the facility is in Tier Ill status for outfalls A2, F and 3. An action plan should be created and submitted
identifying sources and indicating specific corrective actions that will be taken to address sources.
