Hello,
In review of the above mentioned project, I have a few questions/issues that will need to be addressed in order to complete my review.

1.
Your application is missing a spoil form for where the dredge material will go. Please submit this with the other documents needed.
2.
I need both signatures on the agent authorization form, please revise.

In order for DWR to complete our review, please provide the information within 30 days of receipt of this email. Please note that DWR will consider the project on hold until receipt
