The AR indicates sufficient reduction has been achieved by the furnace to condiser the end product to be a Class "A"
residual qualitified for distribution.
The MRO continues to thank the permittee for presenting all the populated calculations in the AR This promotes easier
review of the report.

Comment: Initial reduction is performed by aerobic digestion. The final reduction is acheived by running
the digested sludge through a furnance at a consistent time and temperature. The heat and
