Martin and Rebecca,
Please just let me know when Rebecca has gotten the property deed transferred into her name – the County records
don’t always get updated in a timely manner for property ownership. If it’s done before we finish drafting the permit,
then we can list Rebecca as the sole permittee.
Thanks for getting back to us!

Thank you Alysa,
I will provide the supporting documents for the permit renewal. As a note, Rebecca will assuming sole
ownership of 3700 Thompson woods lane in the next few week, so please advise if there is any
additional steps that I will need to take other than the transfer of the property deed.

Mr. Thompson,
Your wastewater irrigation permit expired on May 31, 2023. Please complete and return the attached form to me to apply
for a renewal. I have pre-filled as much information as I could from our records; please complete any blank sections and
double-check everything for accuracy. If you need a hard copy of the form, let me know and I can mail one to you. Don’t
hesitate to let me know if you have any questions I can help answer!
Dorothy, I’ve updated the mailing address in BIMS. We can change the address of the actual permit during the renewal.

Hi Alys, This permit is expired, and I am conducting the inspection tomorrow. Mr. Thompson called me and explained that
the property has a new address. It is the same residence and system, it just that he has a private road address now. Mail
no longer gets to him if it is sent to the 2594 Smith Road Address. Can you fix this and send him the information on
renewal?
New address is 3700 Thompson Woods Lane (3700 Thompson Woods Ln, Oxford, NC 27565)

Old address is 2594 Smith Road
Thanks
Respectfully,
