I hope you were able to download a �opy of the drawings, On Sheet 10, Pole #23 the City obtained their own PUE to a��ommodate down guys with s�rew in
type anchors, The pole will be located inside the NCDOT easement shown on the permit drawings, however the anchors will be installed on the City's easement
outside of the permitted area, These will be screw in type anchors with minimal ground disturbance, Does the City need to obtain or modify a permit for this
work?
