response procedure listed in your permit.
One additional question I came across was the lack of analytical data for Outfall 26. 1 do not see a
mercury result for this outfall in your documentation.Was this outfall not sampled?

Good morning Kathryn:
Thank you for the approval on the action plan—We will proceed.
Regarding Outfall SW026, we have gaps in sampling on this outfall due to No Flow conditions. This outfall stems from a
plunge pool that is pumped to from a large lined stormwater retention basin (Duke refers to as MAR152). Due to its
capacity, the pumping of this basin to the plunge pool does not often line up with qualified rain events but we looking to
grab a sample when it is flowing.
Thanks again for the plan approval. We're hoping these amendments can turn SWO03 back in the better direction.
