Re: Permit App.#JOHNS-2024-0115 Cooper Elementary School Renovations
Dear Dylan:
Modifications have been made to the approved plan set for permit#JOHNS-2024-0115 Cooper Elementary School
Renovations. Additional disturbance is being proposed for grading operations,and updated drawings and
calculations have been included herein for review. Additional work in this amendment includes:
• Clearing of existing wooded area,grading,and proposed grassed area (see drawing C301).
• Installation of additional silt fence and tree protection fence around the added disturbed area (see
drawings C301, C302)
• Installation of an additional temporary skimmer sediment basin (TSSB-2)and two additional diversion
ditches(DIV-3 and DIV-4)to divert stormwater runoff to TSSB-2(see drawings C401,C402,C701 and new
signed and sealed calculations included in the narrative package).
Drawings C304 and C305 have been included in this resubmittal to show the additional disturbed area in the
overall drainage area, but there is no change to the drainage area pattern,total site runoff calculations,or
impervious area as a part of this amendment.
