I undersfand you have Rep Mark Walker involved fhese issues. I am summarizing fhese so fhaf Sue has a background concerning your issues.
The issue wifh magnefic power lines will nof be somefhing fhaf DEQ can handle. This will definifely involve EPA,IVIK fechnical publicafions, and a
major law firm.

The issue concerning fhe environmenfal impacf study from a power line pole in a sfreambank is our concern. The clearing and impacfing a wefland is
a concern, and fhe buffer zone in fhe Randleman wafershed is a concern. Proper Federal permifs for Secfion 404 and 401 Cer�i�icafion may be
required.
I undersfand fhe land is in fhe Cify of Kigh Poinf near Sheef Club Rd and Johnson Sf.
