I am requesting the Department of Environmental Quality Water Resources to rescind
the permit WQ0004268.Murphy Brown has de-sledged the lagoons, conducted all
required sampling and submitted all data required for closure to the Fayetteville Division
of DEQ for review. I was advised by Fayetteville to submit a request to have the permit
rescinded.
