Good afternoon Mike,
Based on my discussions with DCM, it is our understanding that the current proposal is inconsistent
with New Hanover County and will need to be modified and resubmitted. DWR Project #20240499
will be placed on -hold pending receipt the updated permit application. Once the new information is
received, review will commence.
Pursuant to 40 CFR Part 121.6., DWR is required to respond to a 401 application within the
established federal Reasonable Period of Time, 180 days from receipt of the application. The federal
reasonable period of time for DWR to review the application will end on September 23, 2024. Please
