Hi Ryan,
I hope you're well.
NCDOT resubmitted the PCN for B-5895 (Bridge 67) over the French Broad River in Madison County
on March 18, 2024. Is the attached WQC from 2022 still valid for this project, or will DWR issued a
new one or a modification? I don't see any changes in the impacts, so I'm guessing that the 2022
WQC is still valid, but just want to make sure. Note that the USACE did not issue authorization for this
project in 2022 or 2023 (based on the first PCN) because NCDOT did not respond to all of our
questions at that time.
