Hello Wayne,
I received the official letter from the state requesting additional information regarding handling of the totes. Just a
reminder, the permit you have is active, but they would like the following information before they issue an approval
letter. "The Division requests more information about the procedures for this specific waste handling for ultimate
disposal at an offsite location. Please provide this guidance and the (final) destination location for treatment / disposal."
