Please upload the Soil and Sediment Control Closeout document from the Town of Southern Pines. It
should have the project name, E&SC ID number, and the close out termination language.
On the NOT Certification Form, the Legally Responsible Person should be Warren Dabbs. In order for
Brandon Dabbs to sign the NOT Certification form and submit the eNOT, Brandon Dabbs needs to print
their name and title on the "Print Name and Title of Signed if Authorized" line of the NOT Certification
Form.
NOT certification form needs to be sign with an original wet signature. No digital/computer generated
signatures are accepted.
