In reviewing the application submitted to our office for the above mentioned project, there are some issues in the application that need to be addressed. Your application says that the
disturbance above normal pool is 1,712sqft. Below, you have 1,284 sqft. However, the site plan sketch shows the opposite. I have attached a new plan view bank stabilization form for
you to fill out to clarify exactly what the impacts are above and below full pond level so that they match on the application and sketch.

Additionally, attached you will find the Catawba River Notification form that ensures your understanding of the Catawba River Buffer Rules and that your approved impacts may not exceed
what is stated. This form will need to be signed and returned to me via email to further process this application.
