Dear Mr. Allen:
in accordance with the email request of November 14, 2006 and letter from John Garland,

complete flushing of the raw water resmoirs and treatment plant.
• City of Raleigh will maintain their NPDES Permit and return to discharging if deemed
necessary by PWS
Please note that all other requirements of the January 21, 2005 letter remain in effect. If water quality
parameters become adversely affected by this reduction, quarterly recycling 'nay be required or no
recycling as determin ^ y PWS. Adjustments to sampling and monitoring will be made as deemed
necessary by PWS.
Feel free to contact Public water Supply at (919) 733-2460 if we may be of service.
