The project proposed impact area is forested. The project area is within the city of Sanford surrounding by residential and commericial development.

The purppose of this project is to construct a residential road to provide access and interconnectivey for the entrance of the residential development to Ashby Road.

The over all project will consist of constructing Stormwater BMPs and bring in fill material and constructing roadway. Bulldozers backhoes and graders will be utilized during construction.
