To Whom it May Concern:
I am requesting a zero animal permit for Reedy Fork Farm LLC. We have not
operated this facility since July end 2023 We have stopped milking now us the
buildings for other purposes. Holding ponds still exist and are monitored, but
nothing other than the rain that falls has entered them since July 2023 and we
continue to pump both holding ponds when needed. We have applied for NRCS
funding to close out both holding ponds. The lagoons themselves are in good
shape and are being maintained.
