The paperwork that was available met permit requirements.Additionally, the 10% gravity sewer cleaning requirement was met. The permittee could not locate a current Capital Improvement Plan or Annual Report. Current versions of these documents need to be made and sent to the FRO. Field Inspections The Aerial and ROW at Butler coggins rd were viewed during the inspection and were in good condition at that time. Manholes at Hwy 24/27 & Myrick and Hwy 24 at town hall were viewed and were both in good condition at the time of the inspection. Five pump stations were inspected: Industrial, Myrick, East Montgomery High School, and GVK. All pump stations viewed during the inspection were secure, with working alarms and pumps, and clean wet wells. The generator at Industrial pump station was tested and worked properly during the inspection. Although the pump stations seemed to be in working order during the inspection, there were some issues identified. At Myrick pump station the sign was missing and the generator would not crank due to a dead battery. At GVK the sign needs to be replaced due to being faded to the point of being difficult to read.
