In a letter dated March 20, 2024, you were notified of a reporting violation (Late/Missing
NDMR/NDAR-1) for the period of November 2023. Mr. John Cecil, with Domtar Paper, provided
an acceptance email of December 20, 2023 for the Non-Discharge Monitoring Report (NDMR)
that was submitted online. Based on your quick response, it appears there was an electronic
upload glitch or data entry error, and the violation was not valid. The NOV has been retracted.
We appreciate Mr. Bohn for contacting our staff in a timely manner about the facility's monitoring
