Mr. Gilley was present during the entire inspection. As discussed during the inspection, the septic tank was last pumped March 25, 2024. Observations noted the location of the septic tank, sand filters, chlorine tubes in a vault box, and step cascade outfall. No effluent was observed at the outfall. The stream appeared in good condition. The correct chlorine tablets were being used. As a reminder, effluent should be sampled once a year and analyzed for all parameters included in Section C of the most recent general permit effective November 1, 2020.
