Swan Quarter Sanitary District (SQSD) proposes a sewer extension of adding a 2-bedroom and
multiple 3-bedroom Single -Family Dwellings to the existing sewer system. This project
proposes to add 2,760 gallons per day (GPD) to the existing system which is calculated below.
With this modification, the permit should also be updated to reallocate four existing grinder
pump stations located at 434 Creekside Drive. These pump stations currently serve four
individual single-family dwellings and the permit modification requests that this site allow for
campsites to be redirected to these existing pump station and the existing homes be
disconnected.
1. 375 Creekside Drive (Parcel ID #7691-35-5517)
• 2-bedroom Single -Family Dwelling x 120 GPD / bedroom = 240 GPD
• Proposed SGV, 2HP Pump, 5.62" Imp.; ±75 LF of 2" SDR 11 HDPE

User Installation Package for Connection to Swan Quarter Sanitary District Wastewater
Collection System prepared by Quible & Associates, P.C. which will be included in this
Application Package.
