Inspection Summary:
On April 15, 2024, Division of Water Resources staff Caitlin Williams completed a review of the 2023 residuals annual report.
This review reflected compliance with the subject permit.
Other observations:
• TCLP was sampled on 5/16/2023.
• Nutrients and metals were sampled on 5/15/2023 and 12/16/2023. The 12/16/2023 sample was used for land application
calculations as it was more representative of the residuals distributed.
• Residuals were land applied to fields DV-08-01 and DV-08-06 in W00003351 Mocksville RLAP and W00010583 Davie
County RLAP respectively.
• A mineralization rate of 0.1 was used to calculate plant available nitrogen.
• Corrected field summary forms were provided for DV-08-01 on 4/15/2024. The MR for the Mocksville WTP was corrected
to 0.1. Staff have no concern for overapplication.
