Inspection Summary:
The NCG08 is the correct permit for the facility. The NOI site diagram shows only the building section of the facility and
doesnt show the lot behind the building. Since the site map is incomplete the yard that hold most everthing that would be
considered industrial processes such as diesel tank, fuel additive poly tank, rolloff containers,port-o-johns and a variety of
other materials are not shown. The property lines are not shown as well
