A site visit was not conducted as part of this review. SAR and PAN values were presented for all four (4) quarters. The values were presented with populated calculations. The MRO appreciates that this data was submitted in a populated calculation format. This permit expires May 31, 2025. Please remember to submit the permit renewal application 180 days before the permit expiration date. All required calculations were presented in the AR. A check of the calculations indicated the calulations have been performed correctly. The 2023 AR indicates lime was applied to any fields receiving sludge that required lime amendments. The C.O.C.s submitted with the samDles do not indicate a method of Dreservation. However the lab intake sheets indicate the samples were received at or below 6 degrees Celcius. If the samples are shipped on ice and no other preservative is used, please indicate the method of preservation as ice on the C.O.C. The C.O.C. is considered as a legal document. A hand written note on the C.O.C., indicating Ice as the preservation method is acceptable.
