Four limits pages are appropriate for this permit: summer and winter for 0.015 MGD and 0.03 MGD, respectively. The 0.03 MGD limits page should include new limits for ammonia (based on potential toxicity) and total residual chlorine. This is SOP for "new" discharges. Limits will remain the same for the existing flow with the exception of a change in fecal from 1000/100 ml to 200/100 rid. Instream data appear questionable. D.O. varies <1.2 mg/1 in the summer. This facility also has problems meeting the limit for TP.
