On April 17, 2024, Division of Water Resources staff Kristen Potwora completed a review of the 2023 Annual Report for
WQ0021632. This review reflects compliance with the subject permit.
The following observations were noted:
•Residuals were removed from the Mackintosh WTP. No pathogen and vector reduction data are required.
•TCLP data was provided for this permit cycle. Samples taken on 1/24/2023.
•The mineralization rate 0.4 was used to calculate PAN.
•Land application activities took place on 19 fields.
