Inspection Summary:
On April 17, 2024, Division of Water Resources staff Kristen Potwora completed a review of the 2023 Annual Report for
WQ0038071. This review reflects compliance with the subject permit.
•A routine compliance evaluation inspection will be conducted this calendar year.
The following observations were noted:
•No land application activities occurred during the 2023 calendar year.
•The Town of Forest City stored their residuals in their pond and a land application event is planned for on/after July 1,
2024.
•The City of Mount Holly stored all residuals in their back wash pond.
•The Town of Denton utilized their drying beds and stored the remaining residuals in their back wash ponds.
