A wasteload allocation has been developed for this project at
a discharge rate of 400,000 GPD (see attached allocation report). At
this time we would like to request that the effluent limitations be
additionally evaluated for discharge rates of 100,000 GPD, and 200,000
GPD. We would like to request that the 100,000 GPD and 200,000 GPD
discharge levels be included as "Phase I" and "Phase II" effluent limits
respectively, with the 400,000 GPD level be included as the final limits.
