Hello Ashleigh,
Based on our conversation and your clarifying that all permit related analysis for your site is
supported by a contractor, there is no need for an EPA Lab ID for your company nor the site.
The EPA Lab ID is used to certify entities that are performing analytical support. When submitting
permit related analysis information, you would just refer to your contractor's EPA Lab ID.
If at any time the situation changes where someone who is employed directly by Stackhouse or the
site is performing the field analysis, then an ID would be needed.

We have had a lot of changes at Pace including the operator of the WWTP. During that
time he was applying for the field lab certification in addition to Stackhouse applying.
Due to paperwork communication issues with the prior operator, our application was
submitted under Matthew Bailey only. We want to apply for the field lab certification lab
ID for Stackhouse Management LLC. This is only needed for Jones Estates Pace LLC.
Could you provide me with what steps I need to take to get the lab ID for Stackhouse?

Is this the only permit/location you will be supporting? The lab ID is intended for the entity
performing the testing. If you are receiving certification to possibly support other locations, the ID
should be associated with your company (Stackhouse), not the site location (Pace).
