Good afternoon Garcy - Attached are updates to the previously provided profiles of the proposed culverts for both P1564U and P1584U. Callouts have been added to the profiles stating, "Proposed culvert to be buried minimum 1-foot below natural stream bed". As mentioned previously for both projects, although the straight run of a pipe will be placed in the curved streambed of stream S2, the riprap stabilization above and below the culvert will follow the stream channel pattern and profile to allow for the stream to naturally flow through the culvert. For P1564U, the proposed culvert profile depicts a straight culvert on a curved stream, so showing the stream elevation on the existing profile does not best show what the conditions will be on the ground post construction. For P1584U, the proposed culvert is an extension of an existing culvert, so adjusting the elevation of the culvert is limited by the positioning of the existing structure within the stream. However, both projects will be buried sufficiently to match the streambed elevation and comply with the Regional Conditions. Please let me know if you have any trouble with the files. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you once you have wrapped up your review! If there is a reason why the 1' burial cannot be met (i.e. topographical constraints, etc.) please provide justification. Once this information is received I will finish processing your request. Let me know if there are any questions.
