I cannot make it at 11am next Wednesday, but could possibly be there by 2pm'ish on -site Wednesday. I
signed off on the Closure Plan as the Designated Technical Specialist for this particular site, but if
Michael Shepherd will be present then I can converse with him if further discussion is warranted. If
Sierra cannot be there until after 2pm, per her below email, and she's the main regulator reviewing the
site then it may be warranted to push it to another day or later this same day.

My name is Sierra Patterson, Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Inspector/ Regulator from the
Mooresville Regional Office of NCDEQ- Division of Water Resources. I apologize for just now
responding; I was out of the office last week.
I am available on the following dates and times for the requested meeting week:
11/27: Anytime
11/29: Any time after 2pm
11/30: Any time prior to 12pm
At the time of meeting if any of these dates/ times work, I will be completing an annual inspection as
well as reviewing the pond closure and associated documentation.
