Explanation There was an issue with my first submission saying that the E&SC Plan ID is
(HOKE-2023-029)doesn't match with the Sedimentation/Construction Stormwater
Inspection Project#(HOKE-2023-033),I was not sure where HOKE-2023-029 came
from since all documentation I have has HOKE-2023-033. Please see Letter of
Approval showing the E&SC showing that HOKE-2023-033 is correct.
