John Thomas let me know that you're going to be sending a PCN in for this project to replace the IP app. Please include a
cover letter explaining that, include the DWR # 11-0359v2. I'll tell our admin to expect it.
Also, I reviewed the application yesterday and there's one thing I need revised/addressed. The plans don't show
temporary dewatering for culvert installations. Please submit plans that clearly show temporary dewatering impact
locations, add them to the total impacts in the PCN, and provide a standard detail for dewatering.
Let me know if that doesn't make sense.
