This review reflected noncompliance with the subject permit. The following items of concern were noted: • A mineralization rate of 0.3 was used to calculate Plant Available Nitrogen (PAN) on the Residuals Sampling Summary Form and the Annual Land Application Field Summary Form (ALAFSF). The approved mineralization rate in the most recent Attachment A issued on November 17, 2020, is 0.4. On March 27, 2024, Mrs. Williams requested amended ALAFSFs be provided for the two fields utilized in the 2023 calendar year. To date, these forms have not been provided. Staff have no concerns for PAN overapplication. Provide amended ALAFSFs within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Please refer to the enclosed inspection report for additional comments and observations.
