-The permanent impact numbers are adjusted.
-There will be no temporary impacts (temporary diversion) outside the restoration permanent impact length.
-Access to the stream on the north and south ends are only allowed within the existing filled area from the past. The
access roads will not be expanded. Wetland areas will be flagged "Do Not Enter" and be understood with the contractor
upfront. There will be no impacts to wetlands outside of the footprint of the existing access roads. Mud mats will be used,
and silt fencing along each side of the access road on the north side. Mud mats will also be used on the south side
access.
-Please find the attached map for the alternative lower stockpile area to be moved uphill in red.
