I was looking over the additional information you provided on 9/22/23. Everything looks good except for a few small
issues:
Please correct the following:
- While not required,you may wish to change the note on the cover page (or elaborate on it in your response)
indicating that the project is reapplying as high-density(this does not appear to be the case per the other
submittal items).
- Application, Section IV,8—Please update the percent BUA calculation to reflect the proposed addition of BUA(it
should correspond to information in Section IV, 10).
- There appears to be some inconsistencies between the swale design information included in the Supplement-EZ
Form, plans and calculations. Please revise either or as needed:
o General:
■ The plans (plan sheet CD-2) indicate a different bottom width for the swales than is shown in the
calculations.
o Swale 2:
■ The slope is shown in the calculations as 2.0%and is shown in the supplement as 5.0%.
o Swale 3:
■ The rational coefficient is shown in the calculations as 0.98 and is shown in the supplement as
0.06.
■ The slope is shown in the calculations as 4.5%and is shown in the supplement as 5.0%.
■ The Vactual is shown in the calculations as 2.17 fps and is shown in the supplement as 3.17 fps.
o Swale 4:
■ The rational coefficient is shown in the calculations as 0.71 and is shown in the supplement as
0.50.

• 1x original, signed & notarized hard copy of the O&M Agreement Form (This item is required per 15A NCAC 02H
.1042(2)(j) and per Sections V &VI, 3 of the Application).This form can be found on our website at the following
