General Project Narrative: This project is required to improve the safety of the bridge and roadway for Durham bridge #85. The drainage from the bridge is collected and outleted from an existing pipe
into the buffer at non-erosive velocities. The roadway discharge before the bridge is collected into a system and outleted outside the buffer area. The grade was lowered and
project length shortened to reduce the impacts to the jurisdictional stream parallel to the road.
