Report suspicious emails with the Report Message button located on your Outlook menu bar on the Home tab. on As per my previous emails, buffer impacts for the Merritt Alexander project have been reduced. Permanent impact 131 has been reduced by 412 sf (Zone 1: 159 sf; Zone 2: 253 sf). Temporary impact 132 has been reduced by 233 sf (Zone 1: 151 sf; Zone 2: 82 sf) . Permanent impact 133 remains the same. The proposed driveway crossing (Impact 1) will require mitigation as a "Road, driveway, or railroad — impacts other than perpendicular crossings of streams and other surface waters.." The applicant proposes to mitigate for the 1,210 sf of impact resulting in the provision of 1,835 sf of buffer mitigation (Zone 1 @ 3:1: 39 sf; Zone 2 @ 1.5:1: 1,796 sf). WithersRavenel contacted mitigation banks that service the Neuse 03020201 basin to determine availability of buffer mitigation credits. A Statement of Availability letter from RES for the 1,835 sf of buffer mitigation has been provided as an attachment. I would like to get a revised MRTform reflectingthe reduction in required buffer mitigation for Impact 1. I've attached a new set of impact maps for your file, an impact table, and a new SOA. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks! %0 Rick Trone ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST III t:919.469.3340 d:919.538.8184 [911inl f Pla Cary, NC WITH ERSRAVENEL.COM
