a restoration order, a Class I administrative penalty, and/or appropriate legal action.
This verification will remain valid until the expiration date identified below unless the nationwide and/or regional general permi
authorization is modified, suspended or revoked. If, prior to the expiration date identified below, the nationwide and/or regional general
permit authorization is reissued and/or modified, this verification will rem ain valid untilthe expiration date identified below, provided
it complies with all requirements of the modified nationwide permit. If the nationwide and/or regional general permit authorization
expires or is suspended, revoked, or is modified, such that the activity would no longer comply with the terms and conditions of the
nationwide permit, activities which have commenced (i.e., are under construction) or are under contract to commence in reliance upon
the nationwide and/or regional general permit, will remain authorized provided the activity is completed within twelve months of the

Hey Chris,
Yes, it looks like you are below the impact threshold for a GC 4z56. Just keep in mind that you have to meet all of
the other criteria that are laid out in the GC.
Also, you need to make sure that the culvert is properly sized ( I didn't see the size in the specs) so as not to
prevent a loss of waters and that it is properly buried to prevent any headcutting.
So, as long as you meet all of the criteria, then you should be good to go for me.

Per our conversation the other day -
Attached is the 404 Nationwide Permit 29 for the Doolittle Farm project located in Mooresville. I have also included a
copy of the PCN that our office filed for the work. The project impacts are depicted on page 12 of 23 and the impacts are
quantified on page 4 of 23 in the PCN. Of note, there are impacts to 0.04 acres of isolated non federally regulated waters
(farm pond) that are required for the development of the site. The site development plan depicts required stream buffers
and stormwater BMP's per Mooresville delegated authority.

Our client requests confirmation that the work does not require written authorization from your office because the impacts
are below the permit notification thresholds for federally non regulated and isolated wetlands.
A simple email acknowledging the your concurrance, or not, will be sufficient.
