This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00353. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The most recent copy of the permit was not immediately available, but was located. Please make sure to keep the current copy of the permit available. Pump Stations Burnett Rd and River Rd pump stations were inspected. Both stations were secure with adequate signage. The wet wells were free of excessive debris. Additionally, all alarms functioned properly. Other Field Inspections Right of Ways inspected at Burnett Rd and River Rd were in good condition. The manhole at Burnett Rd was inspected and was in good condition. High priority line at S West St was inspected and in good condition.
