Cameron, I appreciate you getting back to me. I am willing to agree to put the project on hold. Please proceed as requested. I have also attached the modified drawings which reflect the increased height for the addition. Just let me know when they get a decision. Learn why this is important Good Afternoon, Ijust wanted to circle back and let you know USACE has relayed your request to NMFS for consultation to see if they are amenable to you keeping the 5' width. I am expecting to get a response soon on this one. In chatting with DWR, they are up against their time clock because their certification is tied to the USACE. To prevent them from having to make a premature decision on the proposed work, would you be willing to place this project on a brief applicant hold? This gives you the option to have the project taken off hold at anytime. Ideally, once we get feedback from USACE regarding your request, and you are able to provide updated plans, you would ask for the project to come off hold and DWR could provide their determination. DCM will still be processing comments and coordinating review during this time. If you are OK with this, please respond and provide a statement indicating you are placing the project on hold and include the DWR Project ID associated with this application (20240237). Again, call me if you have questions or concerns.
