Dear Mr. Wilkinson:
On March 7th, 2024, Ron Boone, of the Winston-Salem Regional Office of the NCDWR, came to
the Wilkinson Mobile Home Haven to conduct a compliance evaluation inspection of its single-
family wastewater treatment system. Mr. Boone couldn't make contact with anyone after
knocking at the front door of all the trailers.

schedule a date and time that you can meet him on site to perform the inspection, which we are
required to do a minimum of every five years. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
