Dear Mr. Shoemaker:
On March 7th, 2024, Ron Boone, of the Winston-Salem Regional Office of the NCDWR, came to
your home at 2030 Woodstock Road in Clemmons, NC, to conduct a compliance evaluation
inspection of its single-family wastewater treatment system. You addressed Mr. Boone through
your doorbell camera and he could hear you speaking with him, but apparently you could not
hear him. He has also attempted to contact you using the contact information we have for you
in our computer database, but was unsuccessful.
Please contact Mr. Boone by phone at 336-776-9690 or by email at [e-mail] to
schedule a date and time that you can meet him on site to perform the inspection, which we are
required to do a minimum of every five years. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
