Hi Janet- we never back -date a permit, since its the permittee's responsibility to get us
the information on time. If they argue, I would point out the 10/18/05 cover letter
language states that aside from the change in ownership, "All other terms and conditions
contained in the original permit remain unchanged and in full effect." In order to
minimize this confusion, we're telling permit writers to put in actual dates of compliance,
rather tjian "one year after permit issuance", etc. I've put a hardcopy of the application
in the mail today. Let me know if you still have questions.

Also, the Department of the Secretary of State website shows Frank Keating listed under
Agent Name for the Blue Ridge Country Club & Resort, LLC, formed on 4/1/2005. Could
you please send us a copy of the application for a name change for our records.
