As spoke on the phone. Need clarification on SW. NCDOT will not approve the school’s SW plan. If those reviewing the
plan is not on the certified state list (delegated authority), then the approval will not be valid. It may be simpler to
submit the plan to the wetlands unit for review. Once approved the 401 can be issued as well.

With the exception of the SW plan, it is good to go.
