TRACT I:
BEGINNING on a property corner, said corner being in the most southwestern corner of Mary
Lee Keith, said corner also being a southwestern corner of the undersigned; thence in an
easterly direction with the aforementioned division property line to the point of intersec-
tion with the eastern right of way limits of Survey Line Y-1, said point being located
39 ft. east of and normal to Survey Line Y-1; thence in a southerly direction in a straight
line to a point located 30 ft. northeast of and normal to Survey Station 13+36.18, Survey
Line Y-1; thence in a southeasterly direction with the northeastern right of way limits
of Survey Line Y-1, said right of way limits being at all points 30 ft. northeast of and
parallel to Survey Line Y-1 to a point located 30 ft. northeast of and normal to Survey
Station 14+00, Survey Line Y-1; thence in a southwesterly direction in a straight line to

point of intersection with the eastern right of way limits of the project, said point being
75 ft. east of and normal to Survey Line L-1 Revised; thence in a northeasterly direction •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid right of way and all privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
1 to the DEPARTMENT in FEE SIMPLE. •
The GRANTORS by the execution of this instrument,acknowledge that the plans for the aforesaid project
as they affect their property have been fully explained to them or their authorized representative.
And the GRANTORS covenant with the DEPARTMENT, that the GRANTORS are seized of the premises in fee simple,
have the right to convey the same in fee simple, that the title thereto is marketable and free and clear of all
encumbrances, and that the GRANTORS will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soever except for the exceptions hereinafter stated. Title to the property hereinabove described is hereby conveyed
