c The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the construc-
tion: of modifications to improve the performance of the existing 4.0 MGD trickling
filter plant, and to consist of a 0.1 MG aeration lagoon and a 1,400 GPa recir
culation pump station with appurtenant piping.
This is a Class IV Wastewater Treatment Plant which recuires the operator in
responsible cnaroe to hold a valid Grade IV Certificate.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
wastewater treatment facilities and modifications are constructed in accordance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC 0026123.
One(l) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to you.
