TRACT TWO: BEGINNING at a railroad spike in the centerline of N.C.S.R, No. 1301, the southeast corner of a tract of land described in a Deed recorded in Book 369, Page 308, in the Duplin County Registry, and runs thence North 19 degrees 47 minutes West 422.97 feet to a stake; thence North 7 degrees 49 minutes 35 seconds East 1655.01 feet to a stake, a concrete monument, an old corner; thence North 84 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds West 20 feet to a stake; thence a new line South 7 degrees 49 minutes 35 seconds West 1655.01 feet; thence South 19 degrees 47 minutes East to a stake in the center of the aforesaid N.C.S.R. 1301; thence as the centerline of said N.C.S.R. 1301 20 feet to the beginning. And being the Easement Area excepted in that certain Deed dated July 15, 1977, from William Nelson Outlaw, Sr. and wife, Annie Marie Harrison Outlaw, to William Nelson Outlaw, Jr. and wife, Connie Graham Outlaw, and recorded in Book 825, Page 308, of the Duplin County Registry. Book 1981 Page 474 All or a portion of the property herein conveyed does not include the primary residence of a Grantor. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the previously mentioned lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
