Jason, the permittee/applicant needs to confirm whether it's a duplicate application and can be cancelled. One
application I sent had a COC(permit) issued already-that's the one that came from Walter Baucom earlier today
(also attached). The other application is waiting in the queue for payment to complete issuance of a COC.
If the pending application is for the same project/E&SC plan,then this second eNOI can be cancelled—but we are
just not familiar enough with a project to know if two applications are redundant.We need the permittee or person
who submitted it to identify/confirm this.

Thank you for the information. I do believe that this is a duplicate application for the same work. It is my
understanding that the owner has already paid the$120 fee required. If this is indeed the case, and the
project can move forward with the permit/ payment already received, then yes you can cancel the
redundant permit.
If cancelling this permit is going to cause a problem with moving this project into the construction phase,
please let me know so that I can contact Geoscience to resolve as they were the original applicants. I'm
simply jumping in the mix here to keep this project on track and to avoid any cancellations of permits.
