On behalf of Daimler Truck North America—Gastonia North Carolina Facility(DTNA), COC NCG030130, we are providing email notification as required by
NCG030000 Part E,Table 3 for a Tier 1 benchmark exceedance. DTNA has become aware of a benchmark exceedance for pH at Outfall 003 for a sample
collected on January 24, 2024(results received by DTNA February 15, 2024). The DMR indicates a pH of 9.1 S.U. (benchmark range is 6.0-9.0 S.U.).
